About me

I have a strong background that began as a Paratrooper in the Military, specifically in the Special Forces of the Portuguese Army. At that time, I was one of only seven women among a group of 98 men within my base. Being a female in a predominantly male environment has taught me the invaluable lessons of self-confidence and empowerment when facing and overcoming obstacles.

My experience as a Paratrooper instilled in me a tremendous amount of self-discipline. I learned to make sacrifices, such as spending time away from my family, in order to prioritize the safety of my colleagues. I became accustomed to compromising on essential needs like sleep, water, and food rations, all while maintaining a strong mental focus and developing effective problem-solving skills.

Throughout my military journey, I discovered the profound impact of self-discipline on our lives.


Unfortunately, in 2005, I suffered a severe injury that forced me to abandon my dream career in the military. Undeterred by this setback, I transitioned into the hospitality industry, where I worked as a General Manager for over ten years. It was during this time that I unearthed my passion and purpose: coaching and empowering ambitious women to embrace their inner warrior and unlock their full potential.

Together, we will embark on this transformative journey, trusting the process every step of the way.
